  • I've recently tried sight fishing for stripers for the first time (wade fishing) and i've been struggling to spot fishing. I think it's because by the time I wade up to my hips I then have little visibility into the water surrounding me because of my lack of elevation. Do you usually sacrifice being shallower if it means having better visibility for spotting fish. Also will schoolies be on the flats all summer long?

  • That was awesome, the water was so clear and catching them on the fly…big thumbs up.  I love catching striper, but have never tried on the fly before

  • Awesome! What kind of fly do you use for salt around here? Never done salt fly fishing before. Also what weight rod are you using?
