How to Make Cajun Recipe Crayfish Boudin : Adding Tomato Sauce to Crayfish Boudin Recipe


Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul
Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I’m here to show
you a crawfish boudin. Now the flour is in there we got it cooked a little bit. We’re
going to add some tomato sauce and we’re using a small can, we’re going to use about a half
of that can of tomato sauce. Get that mixed in. So what do we have in this pot so far, we
have crawfish, that flour, trinity, our Serrano peppers for heat, and now we just added the
tomato sauce. It’s pretty thick right now but it’s nice and mixed. Okay, and once again
I use a small can of tomato sauce but only half of the tomato sauce in that small can
so we’ll let this go and I’ll see you back at the next step.
