hi everyone who likes seafood I do you
like as well right today we are going to cook an amazing garlic seafood since I
arrived to Portugal I fall in love with amazing variety of simple flavors I
found out that garlic goes very well with seafood in this recipe you can
choose your own seafood the ones I like are half kilogram of mussels and clams
with shell 400 grams of prawn with shell 200 grams of squids
let’s prepare the prawn and squid I like to have a whole prawn so I’m just going
to peel the body skin like this so I’m going to leave the head and tail here so
I’m going to use toothpick to pull the guts out because I don’t want to cut it
but you do , push in here like this and pull when you get the hole and pull
the gut slowly out look squid has a black part and it has a bone and it’s

let’s cook my pan is already here so I’m going to turn on the heat
75 gram of butter let all butter to melt seems a lot of butter but we need it
because we have the one almost 1 kilo of seafood as well so now we put all
garlic, garlic seems a lot as well but this is garlic sea food isn’t it
let it cook for 30 seconds and we put bay leaf and start adding seafood let it cook for two minutes two minutes
is passed so I’m going to add 60 milliliters of tomatoes sauce I am going
to add chili so my secret ingredients brandy 2 tbsp wow Bandy smells so nice
with seafood, lemon juice umm little bit more lemon 1/2 teaspoon of paprika white
paper 1/2 teaspoon as well mix well I wish you’re here to taste it so nice,
add coriander I’m going to add the 60 mililiter of
water so mix well
so our garlic seafood food is done let’s put in the plate so finally time to eat big prawn come come
baby so I have a beer to go with and now I’m going to eat squid look how nice it
