Crawfish – Crayfish – Crawdad

Crawfish, crayfish, crawdads.
Whichever name you use, they’re the Midwest’s version of little lobsters.
They’re easily recognized by their beady eyes, long antennae, and large pinchers.
Although some crayfish live to be six years old, females will only produce one brood of
young in their life.
